Recomping / lifting buddies

Hey guys, I'm currently lifting 5-6 times per week doing a PPL split. However when it comes to food I've been eating pretty much whatever I want as long as my lifts are going up, but figure it's time I start counting calories again. My plan is to slowly recomp while continuously push myself in the gym. Looking for people to add that we can help each other stay motivated and share tips and advice on diet or exercise.

    I'm working on getting re-committed / re-started on lifting 2 to 3 times a week. I lifted regularly when I was an athlete back in high school (many years ago), and I lifted some when I was in college as well. I started back 2+ years ago, but have been inconsistent in my approach. I'll add you. Seeing you post your lifting each week will help keep me motivated and on track.

    I use a different app to log my workouts, I just use this one for food.
