I am currently 212.6 from 260lb
Yet it is getting tough to loose the weight
Any Good advice you guys can throw at me or what you guys have done to shred off the rest of the weight please let me know

    Need some more information. What were your macros when you started vs what they are now? What does you exercise routine look like now vs. when you started?

    Great success so far! Excellent. How much more do you want to lose? Have you adjusted your daily calorie goal in proportion to your lower weight? What is your activity level?

    Just keep doing what you've been doing but cut your calorie allotment down by 100 and see if that gentle nudge gets you going again. Great job!!!!

    Weight loss does slow down because you have less room to create a deficit. Expect that it will take about twice as long to lose the next 50 as did for the first 50. That's just a general guide since I have no idea how long it took you so far or what your goal is or what your current loss rate is.

    If you lost about 50lbs in 4 months that is at a good pace and does not seem like you lost too fast. You may want to look into hiring a coach or working with a nutritionist for a few months. Are you saying you are currently eating 1000 calories a day?

    I don't know why you feel you're losing too slowly? You have lost about 3 lb per week for 4 months. That is pretty fast. You will not lose the last 20 that fast. You should plan to take 4-6 months to lose the last 20 unless you want to lose a lot of muscle. You need to eat 1200-1500 per day, at a minimum. Put your stats into MFP, set for .5 to 1 lb per week, then eat accordingly.

    I' set my calories at 1400 im also have a thyroid issue in currently dealing with. My family and i have been doing some herbalife and that's how I have started my weight loss journey..im looking for some support and to make some friends along the way add me if you like.
