    So I have lost a bunch of weight then gained back a lot...I struggle with a bunch of stuff mentally and then life in general dealing with some major issues and it's just plain crappy mostly. I have zero support and I'm hoping to gain some support and accountability and friends here who care and motivate me to stay on course. Thanks for letting me join

    Successes / struggles this week: My fiancé's daughter will be here in July so most likely I won't be able to hit the gym in the evening as much as I have been. So that means I'm going to have to really be on point with the diet if I expect to meet my goal. I already have a long commute, but I might have to commit to at least trying to get up at like 4 am while she's here to try to maintain at least the same amount of gym hours that I do now.

    Today is my birthday, so there will be cake! I actually was at my goal weight of 140 in May, but lost focus. So back to being serious! I have a 4 year old son and twins who are 22 months old, so they keep me busy. My 29 year old daughter is coming over tomorrow and we are doing some freezer meal prep, which should help!

    I'm in....loosing slowly as still breastfeeding my baby. Back at pre pregnancy weight but want to go a bit further and improve body fat percentage. Ideal weight for my height is 8 stone...that's my ultimate goal.

    Successes / struggles this week: First weigh in in a long time. Life has been really stressful, I've moved 4 times in less than a month and my girlfriend is sick (like shuttling to different doctors to try and figure it out sick) and had to leave her job. I've definitely been feeling the pressure and it was easy to let eating and exercise fall by the wayside.

    Welcome to all the new people! So many! Glad to see such a good turnout before July even begins. :)
    To answer some of the questions I've seen:
    1) Yes, you can participate! Why on earth would anybody want to stop you?
    2) No moderation. I took the weigh-in template from somebody else a few months back, and chose Monday for my personal weigh-in day, but you can do as you please. It's all about supporting each other and self-accountability. Which for some strange reason seems to work better when it's public rather than private. :D

    I have GOT to get some of this weight off on this my birthday month. And, I have to get my driver's license picture taken which is good for YEARS. I don't want to look at this fat face for that long! Also, our state just increased the size of your photo on your license! Ugh
