2 years ago I lost around 75lbs and then fell off the wagon (or got on the wagon? I haven't seen that Seinfeld episode in awhile) and gradually gained it all back and then some. As of last Monday, I'm starting over again, limiting my calorie intake to around 1200-1400 calories, spending a lot of time at the pool, and hitting the treadmill and weight bench 3-4 times a week. So far so good I think, although my current scale is quirky at best, so it's hard to know for sure.
Anyway, my goal right now is to get down to around 250lbs, which is around 133lbs away.
