30 Day Shred - 1st July challenge

I'm wanting to start the 30 day shred on 1st July and my plan is to do 10 days of level 1, 2 days rest, 10 days of level 2, 2 days rest and then 10 days of level 3 (if my body can handle it hehe).

Would anybody else like to join me in starting the 30 day shred on 1st July for 30 days?

Plans for group - Weekly weigh ins, before and after pics, progress pics and general support / discussion.

    I've never taken part in any challenge ever and I need motivation badly, so I am in on this.
