Day 1 completed I'll definitely be feeling it tomorrow.........blasted nearly 300 calories in a half hour of weight training. Not too shabby!!!0

I am so excited! Didn't get to work out today so I'll be doing both today's and tomorrow's workout before Zumba tomorrow night, bring it!!!0

Welcome to day 2!
Day2 – 20 minute cardio and core (4 rounds: 4 minute & 1 minute intervals)
30 jumps on the rope for 4 minutes (accomplish as many sets as possible during the 4 minutes in each round)
Sit ups, You have just 1 minute to accomplish as many reps as possible.

Just grabbed my step bench from the garage, dusted it off and Im ready to torture it! LOL.. Well I will be tortured for sure but it will be worth it all in the end!! Time to get busy!!0

In order to stay on my workout schedule with Sunday rest days I need to make today, Day 4, which is:
Day4 – 20 minute cardio and core (Complete as many sets of each for 20 minutes)
50 jumps on the rope
50 flutter kicks

Wow I'm wicked sore today
Day 2 completed yesterday....um, i lost track of my reps while jump roping but i did jump the entire 4 min then did 1 min of core work, then 4 min of jump roping again and so on.... it was hard, but good I'm so sore today that I may have to take a rest day. I honestly don't want to injure myself, more sore today from the pushups and power cleans from Day 1 and I'm supposed to do them again today Will see how I'm feeling this evening0 -

It's going to take some getting used to, each day. Day 1 I was struggling for 10 minutes before I started the workout trying to hammer the form on Power Cleans.

I couldn't do a one leg squat..I almost pulled something!!! To alter it a bit, she suggests using both legs but putting more weight on one leg then the other.
Today is my day 1
Day1 – 15 minute weight training I and II (6 reps of each, repeat as many rounds as possible for 15 minutes)

Hey all! Thanks for letting me jump in. I've been doing Bodyrock workouts on and off for a few months. But have transitioned into trying to do them on everyday I exercise for the past few weeks. 1) Because who doesn't want to look like Zuzzana?! 2) I'm going to have to give up my gym membership in about a month so trying to incorporate things I can do at home more often.
Alisha forwarded me the workout list so I'll do Day 1 today. I'm looking forward to it and to being able to talk about how much she beat me into submission as well! Thanks again!!0 -

I did 3 rounds of a different workout...one from last week. The name is escaping me now, but it's the one with the Ugi pop. I will defeat my thighs with these workouts. LoL. :laugh:0 -

Day 2 in the bag. Hate jump roping. It was not made for people who've had children. Yikes. LoL. But I got it done. I liked the Day 1 workout. Looking forward to doing that one again.

Great Job! I did high knees in place of jump roping last week for Day 2.....it was brutal so I went out and purchased a Gold's Gym jump rope from Walmart....um, yea......piece of **** that was Ugh I had to untangle it every 20 seconds OR LESS Can't workout like that. Boyfriend is buying me the one Zuzana uses it's only 10 bucks. I'm hoping to get to my Day 4 workout tonight, I have a 4 and 9 yr old and they go back to their father's tomorrow, so if I dont get it in tonight then definitely hitting it hard tomorrow and may double it up with Day 5. 3 days of rest in a row is a big no-no for me. Guess I am starting to feel the dog days of summer0 -

Love the idea of following the new posts! I do find myself looking at the old ones too though. Maybe we should post what we did and a little review of it. One thing for sure, we are ALL feeling the fatigue from these "10-15" minute workouts! Its sure not a Rachael Ray meal-- quick and easy. She is the opposite!!0
