How Often Do You Weigh & Measure?

I'm sure there's other posts out there with the same question...... but I can't seem to find them.
So how often do you weigh and/or measure yourself while on your weight loss journey? I try to weight & measure once a week.... but then there are some days I'm just so curious, I'll weigh.
How about you?

I weigh daily and measure monthly.
Works for me. The daily fluctuations bother me sometimes, but I try to focus on other things. I like the feedback.0 -
Once a week but I admit I often peak...lol0

I started off by weighing myself once a week, but once I stopped losing weight consistently I started doing it every other day. When it's every other day it helps me keep on track better. Like.. "Oh you've lost a pound so far this week, so no you're not getting burger king for lunch."0

Once a week and measure monthly.0

I weigh every Monday. The fear of not seeing what I want to see keeps me from doing it more often.0

I look every morning. i like knowing where my small changes are and if I need to do a little more or less on a daily basis. I try to remember that the scale doesn't change drastically on a daily basis, though. the last two days it hasn't moved at all and it makes me MAD..haha0

Hi,
I weigh once a week. And measure every 2 weeks.0 -
I have always read no more than once a week because our bodies naturally go up and down depending on a variety of things...
I track mine daily though because I tend to overeat... and this keeps me inline with my calories goal... I do not let it get to me if I gain a few though...I know that my period will spike it up a bit etc.... as long as I can plot a general downward slide... then I am happy. I think once I get used to having more control over what I eat...and not slip into eating for other reasons besides hunger...I will just do it once a week.
I am doing my measurements monthly however.0 -

Have found that weight fluctuates too much from day to day, so only weigh myself once per week.0

I weigh daily, record weekly, and measure whenever I remember.0

I weigh myself once a month, if that. (I hide the scale deep inside a storage closet.)
I measure once every 2 or 3 weeks.

I weigh in every week (sometimes more than once :x) and normally measure once or twice a month.0

I weigh once a week, on a Monday because that seems to be my lightest day. I find that my weight fluctuates quite a bit during the week, so it's best that I don't weigh too often. I measure about once a month.0

I weigh myself about every 15 minutes.... Acutally, I'm on the scale every morning but I only record it as an "official" weigh in on Monday mornings.0
