I drank 132oz of water today. Is that enough? I am battling 3 autoimmune diseases and the medication that I have to take for 1of them keeps me extremely nauseous all day. I drank my shake this morning, had a very healthy salad for lunch, had 4 slices of fresh cantaloupe for dinner. That's 60% more than what I normally eat!! I was 524 calories short of the 1200 that I was supposed to have. I can not eat another thing! It took every "trick" I have to not vomit!! What should I do?? Please help! TIA

That's abut 4 litres of water. Do you normally drink that much? All that water would make me nauseated and not leave any room for food. Perhaps aim for less water and more calories tomorrow? It could take some trail and error to find a good balance for yourself.

    Whats 310? Your weight?

132oz is a lot of water + watery foods :# . Why so much?

Seriously over hydration is a thing. Plus you could be flushing out the meds with that much water which depending on their job can be dangerous.

I have POTS with syncope. Too much water can really throw off my electrolytes causing some big problems.

I'm sorry you are feeling nauseous all the time I had an ex who also had this caused by meds. Talk to your doctor about it. That is not enough calories to survive. My ex was skin and bones and not at all able to live a normal life but thankful with the right meds things worked out. Please don't let it get that bad. Eat slowly and calorie dense food.
