I had ankle surgery June 1st, I swore I would never weigh more than 250 lbs. When I took the cast off I tipped the scale at 258.5 lbs. I started counting calories again and I've lost 8 lbs. in June. It's aggressive but I'm committed become active again and lose another 10 pounds this month.

Not new here but been away for far too long. A few years ago I lost 75 pounds and have since gained it all back. Not happy with myself and how I look so committed to starting again and achieving my goals.

Successes / struggles this week: This week - the last week of June has been really great! I have worked out daily for at least an hour and ate very well. I feel good and look forward to this consistent behavior.1 -
This month will be interesting, I have to carb load at the end of this week which means 2 days of lots of carbs and calories because the 9th I'm doing a marathon, I'll miss the weigh in on the 10th because after the marathon we are headed to see my in laws for 5 days, but I can be good with my eating there.

I am new here A few years ago I lost 75 kilos and have since nearly gained it all back. Had 9 surgeries in the last 2 years. Still limp badly and have taken leave from work for intense physiotherapy. I think this is my second chance and intend to put everything I can into this.

Only lost 2lbs during last month's challenge but have to remember to not be hard on myself, focus on food intake, and remember I've lost more than 20lbs since January. It's the big picture that counts!
