Any pointers on how to get my protein even with eggs at breakfast abs chicken for lunch and dinner I'm still not hitting my goal

    Add brown rice and black beans they are both calorie dence and have plenty of protein

    It may be unnecessarily high

    But! If not... Add egg whites to your eggs, eat more meat/fish in larger portions, eat more dairy (yoghurt, cottage cheese, cheese, milkł, and higher protein plant based sources like beans/legumes

    Protein shakes! Get some protein powder and drink whole milk with it. Add some fruit like banana or strawberries in it

    I eat 5x a day, protein every time.

    Eggs, maybe with extra egg whites. For breakfast.

    Chicken for lunch

    Premier protein shake or cottage cheese for snack.

    Chicken or lean beef for dinner.

    Halo top for snack.

    My protein is 30% of my food.
