    I struggle with low blood sugar and have taken it to the extreme eating all the time which has caused me to gain 20 lbs this year. I have got to get my diet back under control! Looking forward to seeing all the accomplishments this coming month! Good luck to everyone:)

    Successes / struggles this week: I did my monthly fast of 3 days this last week so that could be (probably is) why I'm down so much. None of my measurements are down kind of discouraging if the body hasn't changed. If I'm down more then a pound or two next week I may need to change my goal.

    Realizing I am the heaviest I have ever been is crushing but I KNOW I can do it this time. I can't go back, I can't keep getting bigger. This is no longer a choice, it is a necessity.
