But let me tell u what I'm doing then let me know if something is wrong and how I should change it....
In morning I have 1/2 cup coffee(cream no sugar)
Whole wheat toast , 1 pic. Bacon
Around 10-11:00 I make a shake that has ( blueberries, strawberries,a flaxseed, tsp. Cinnamon, $ 100% real apple juice(1/2 cup) & kale.. I blend it in my bullet.
Lunch I try diff things such as boiled egg & tuna
Or a wrap with grill chicken & water for drink
Snack of yogurt or my protein bar
Dinner I have some sort of red meat baked or grilled with a side vegetable or pic of chicken
With water
A snack couple hours later of fat free yogurt
I drink around 8-10 bottles water a day. I cut all my sodas out, all sweets, and pasta and rice...
I go to gym and walk treadmill and the bikes 2 hours every other day. I've been at this for 3 weeks and only had result of 2 pound loss

You're not stuck if you lost 2 pounds in 3 weeks. I'm not seeing the issue.1

^^this. A 2 lb loss is a loss. Depending on how much you have to lose, the only thing that may be wrong here is having unrealistic expectations.2 -
Agreed with the above. You need to adjust your expectation.
Do you log your food? I see no mention if calorie counting either. Weight loss is all about calories, notcwhat you eat/don't eat.0 -
Yes I'm logging my food and doing calorie counting sorry I didn't include that. I know it's a loss I just don't know if I'm doing the right things I was honestly reaching out for answers if I'm doing any wrong in my routine or types of food? I'm going to the gym doing treadmill and bikes, at least 3-4 times week. Are the ingredients in my shake ok? I wasn't trying be ungrateful I just thought with everything I'm doing it would been more than 2 pounds:)
I'm doing a 1200 cal /day and haven't exceeded it yet . Thanks everyone
(Ps) wanting to loose 45 pounds0 -
^ Weight loss isn't about the right ingredients. Just eat food up to your calorie allotment. Since you have only 45lbs to lose, aim to lose 1lb per week and eat back half of your exercise calories. 1200 seems low. How tall are you? Age?0
