Looking for motivation buddies

I have realized, when im feeling down, stressed or depressed i shelter in food. The feeling of something delicious seems to help easy my stress, sadness and depresion. I have tried excersize to relief stress but it seems food is easier and faster to help. I dont want to shelter in food, i want to shelter in active activities to help me get to my healthy slim self. I need so much support right now. Any volunteers???
