Reducing bloating?

Two nights ago I got Pizza Hut for the first time in quite a while, in fact it's the first takeaway I've had in about 3 months. I didn't go mental, I had pizza, chicken bites and cheesy garlic bread and didn't eat til I was stuffed but pretty soon after, I started feeling bloated. Obviously you'd expect it from eating something like that but I've been eating normally for the last two days yet I'm still bloated to the point it's uncomfortable. I've tried various teas (green, lemon and ginger) that people say help with bloating but still nothing. Has anyone got anything else they find helps reduce the bloat?

maybe you have a food intolerance or allergy to something you ate in the pizza? that can cause bloating especially if its 2 days later and you still are bloated. see a dr as it could be many things causing it. are you close to that time of the month? it could also be high amounts of sodium in your body causing water retention. you can try the Simethicone(gas pills) but if they dont help see a dr to rule things out.0 -
I had a Burger King blowout today (It was great). The drill is eat low salt and lots of water for 3 days.0
