Restarting the app and the losing

Hello, I have done the myfitnesspal before, back in 2013 and lost down to my goal (yay) but I had a break up and a lifestyle change to where I wasn't watching what I was eating. I also turned 21 and decided to drink which I know now was probably my down fall. Well I've regained and now I need to restart and form a life style where I can eat what I like in moderation AND stay fit. So hello, here's to restarting a healthy lifestyle and mindset!

    Hi kmspain! I've restarted FitnessPal also b/c I've gained way too much weight, need to eat healthier and exercise! Maybe we can cheer each other on as fitness partners??? Don't let my age fool you! The only thing keeping me from working out more is my health problems. But walking is a plus and I'm working toward walking at least 30 minutes a day. Cheers to you and to restarting a healthy lifestyle and mindset! (love your attitude!)
