Vegan protein upping tips ? Xx

I've always eaten very little dairy any way and diet consisted of mostly high protein and greens (like lots of steamed spinich and veggies with a piece of salmon etc) but I'm struggling to keep my macros in check with no meat/fish. Any tips ?

Try tofu and tempeh, both great sources of protein to replace meat! Quinoa is also a great option.

Some of my protein staples: Black beans (added to a burrito or wrap!), lentils, or chickpeas, Tofurky deli slices in sandwiches, Gardein meatless meatballs, Beyond Meat's Beyond Burger (amazing and has 20g protein per serving)! Daiya vegan yoghurt also has 6g protein per little container so that is a decent snack. Some fortified plant milks are also helpful (Orgain Organic Protein Almond Milk has 10g per serving!), and it always helps to have a protein powder you love to add to smoothies. :)

Beans, soy/hemp/pea protein powder, tofu (I like Trader Joe's High Protein Organic Tofu--it's firm.)
