Home made salsa will be pretty low calorie. And just measure out your tortillas so you don't eat too many? It's what I do with anything higher calorie. Prefer a smaller amount of the real deal or not have it. I just make choices with the calories I have available.

Salsa is low cal anyway and easy to make (just lots of dicing). I eat it with peppers, zucchini slices or over salad.

Buy wheat tortillas. Cut into the size chips you want. I like to lightly cover mine with olive oil, chili powder, and garlic salt. Bake in the over 350-400 depending on your oven until crispy. For the salsa I like tomatoes, onions, garlic, green, yellow, and red peppers, jalapenos, cilantro, lime juice and sea salt. It will depend on how much you use but the chips calories will far exceed the salsa.

Corn tortillas are typically around 50 calories each - cut, bake.

Salsa is also pretty low calorie at around 15-20 calories per 30g or so.

Clint's Texas Salsa, available at my Wal-Mart in Texas, has no added sugar. It's good stuff. Other than that, just eat fewer tortillas with the good stuff.

Tortillas - commercial, baked. I've tried making my own but I can't roll them as thin as a commercial roller. Try these.

    Salsa - naturally low calorie.
