Lentils
Various beans
Ripple (pea protein milk) amazing
Tempeh
Edamame
Tofu
Cauliflower
Brocoli
Sprouts
Edamame noodles (sprouts and Whole Foods)
Lentil noodles (sold at Whole Foods and sprouts)
Chia seeds
Flax seeds
Seeds
Nuts
But butters
Hummus

I eat 1800 calories a day, I get 100-113 grams of protein in plus like 260-289 carb 40 fat.

I don't know how many calories you consume but in order to get 200 protein, you may need to eat like 2500 calories and low carb low fat
