So I've been doing really well, I lost just over 3st since October - late May. For some reason in the last montb I'm just at a complete standstill and don't feel motivated to excersize (I use to do at least 1hr a day) however now it feels like a chore no matter what excersize It is. I also feel like Im not doing great food wise and constantly going over my calories and then regret it every day and feel bad about myself after but the next day when I tell myself I'll do well something always happens or I get tempted and I don't!! I just don't know why. I also have a week away next week for my partners 21st where I'll be eating awful all week because we have hotel breakfast daily and meals out daily and then 10 days after that I'm goiing to France for 3 week!!! I just don't want to get back to how I was and I'm so worried
Any advice is great

What kind of exercise have you been doing? Sounds like you're a little burnt out. What was your initial motivation? Health, weight goal, competition, etc.?

Change up your exercise routine. Maybe take a diet break. More importantly, have fun on your vacation. It's okay to have fun and eat yummy food :) This is a lifestyle change you have to sustain. That won't happen if you're miserable.

Facing similar problems this is what I am telling myself. "CHOOSE YE THIS DAY'. No body is forcing me to do this, it is what I want because being overweight is so emotionally and physically painful for me. Yes it is not fair I can not eat all that good food. Yes it is not fair that my maintaining calories are low. I can whine on and on and it is not going to change a thing. I have to do that by changing my thoughts, thus changing my attitudes. I believe it will all be worth it in the long one. P.S. You can treat yourself to something you want, only limit it to now and then.

I just went through something similar and got back to logging (and under calories most days) consistently the last week or so. I find that when my diet is good, I want to exercise and vice versa. I try to surround myself with healthy foods so that I have options and keep my calories lower, and if I go out to eat, choosing something that might put me a Little over versus a ton so I don't cancel out the rest of the days I didnt. You've just got to recommit and give yourself a little push!
