Truly Unbelievable NSV

Monday ran on the treadmill for 23 consecutive minutes- a personal best. My goal has been to run for 30 minutesby summer's end (Labor Day). Today I was on the treadmill and felt great SO I RAN FOR 30 MINUTES!!! I may not be the quickest bunny in the pack but I'm not the turtle anymore.
I call this truly unbelievable because a little over 3 years ago I was so morbidly obese I could not walk to the end of my driveway. I would not go to a store unless therre were scooters available. I still struggle- my eating choices over the past 3 months have led to stalled weight loss but I have never wavered in my workouts. And now that has been rewarded.
YOU CAN CHANGE- YOU CAN ACHEIVE!!

That is such an excellent NSV! You are doing an amazing job girl! My goal was to run a 5k consecutively. I've only done it once so far but I'm continuing to push.0
