I'm on my pre-pre op diet in hopes of getting closer to a bmi of 40 so that surgery can go as smooth as possible! Looking for friends who are either pre or post op.

    I'm going through the program at Kaiser right now for Gastric Sleeve. I'm trying to reach my goal weight (261) in order to book my surgery date.

    I'm currently going thru program at Indy for gastric bypass waiting on a surgery date. I'm supper nervous and excited and all around anxious to start a new life. What are some things u had to discover after u had surgery
