As I am still recovering from surgery, it's hard for me to do much of anything right now but I will get on the treadmill and put some music on and walk for a good 30 minutes. This helps

For me running makes everything better, even if it is just for a short while. Walking and listening to music is a close #2 stress reliever..5

One of the feral cats I feed probably didn't start out that way. Over the last four years, he's become a loving and lovable little guy. (But only around me. If anyone else comes into view, he will bolt.) Cuddling him is a big help.1 -

That's awesome! I recently got back into bjj after a long hiatus and love it...it is quite stress relieving because you're very in the moment.
I took fencing back in college as a gym and loved that as well. At some point I want to take up kendo or iaido and play with swords/pretend I'm a Jedi again.

Walking, reading, writing, funny videos and sometimes drawing because my drawings are beyond *kitten* and make me laugh.2

I don't get stress. At least, not enough to recognize as such. Consequently, I have no stress-relief techniques.1

Prayer is my favorite, but, barring that, laughter works too.7

It's interesting to see what everyone's vice is! I have a very stressful job which has me at times working very long hours doing paperwork. My goal is looking for new ways to deal with stress as I used to grab chocolate since I'm single at the moment.1
