I'm a 34yo Male from the United States.
I first joined MFP last summer at 223 pounds. Through exercise and proper diet I made it down to 165.
Then something happened and I ended up hospitalized. I thought I was going to die.
When I got out I had lost all motivation and energy. I began eating anything and everything. I spiked back up the nearly 180. I've brought myself somewhat under control and am back to 172. My goal weight this time around is 158. I need a cheering section.

I'm the same!
I lost alot of weight and found out at the age of 24 I had to have open heart surgery and I've seen put back on 30 kilos and I'm not ready to start again.
Best of luck in your goals, if you can do it once you can do it again - That's what I keep telling myself
If you need a motivator feel free to join me as a friend

Its a friendly path for you. You have made the trip once. The second time has fewer questions.
You know what works best for you. Now achieve the goals with a huge smile on your face.0 -
it seems like losing the weight is never as hard as keeping that darn weight off! I need a cheering section too. We should definitely cheer each other0
