how do i put in workout if done with a dvd ...i guess system doesn't recognize it

    There are names for what you did on the DVD. Look each exercise up individually and add it.

    Or get a HRM and calculate it yourself.

    ^^^^^^^^Much agreed. . . . HRMS are the best. . . as soon as you can get one, due to the fact that MFP overestimates or underestimates quite often. . They only do the best they can, but we all have different body compositions. . . .

    But yes. . . If it is a popular video . . .. you can look at what others are logging without an HRM. . .otherwise I agree try to log the individual exercises, or they do have cardio, high and low impact aerobics and dancing. . That is what I used until I got one. . Hope this helps.:smile:

    You could also do circuit training.

    yea i just realized how off MFP is on my cal thats y i just ordered a HRM its the best way to know how many cal you are really burning
