No idea! We don't really celebrate the 4th of July at my house. It's just treated like any other day. I'm debating between making homemade gluten-free pizza since I got some buffalo milk mozzarella on markdowns at the grocery store today, chicken thigh skewers, or just maybe going out to eat.

Ribeye steak and a baked potato with butter and sour cream with a caesar salad -- classic steak house meal but made at home.

I don't really do anything different food-wise. My parents are making homemade ice cream and sometimes will get watermelon but I have done both of those things other times of the year too.

I've got 1481 calories remaining after the planned but not yet consumed small pizza on my diary, otherwise 1800+
That's going to be a hamburger and some ice cream, which will knock out about 700 of those calories. I haven't planned the rest yet. Even the pizza is up in the air, so to speak.

Splurged and had a 90% burger. I gotta say there was a HUGE difference between the 90% and 95%. This burger actually tasted so good! The 95% are like hockey pucks (even if I cook them medium) I also had some steamed corn and a pickle. Yum, I'm a happy camper. I haven't had a pickle in almost a year (supposed to be on a low sodium diet) Happy 4th everyone!

I had a bite of an arepa, some chicken, a glass of wine...eating steamed veg and shrimp from the Chinese takeout now. Somehow made it through on 1200 cals. Difficult.

We had burgers, hot dogs, broccoli salad, pasta salad, deviled and pickled eggs, sparkling white wine, beer, rum and coke, avocado, tomato, pickles, onions, and a bunch of bagged candy and such for the fireworks. Pretty much standard 4th type of thing.
