I almost did after consuming too many sugar free mints.

    Never from protein though

You could have a powder with Inulin (chicory root fiber), it is the same thing they put in lots of foods like all the Fiber One stuff, yogurts, smoothies, ect and if you are sensitive to it, it can wreak all kinds of intestinal havoc on you. I know it does for me, but of course everyone is different.

    Quoting from google:
The American Dietetic Association advises that more than 50 grams of sorbitol or 20 grams of mannitol per day can cause diarrhea.

Nope, coffee is the only thing that makes me need to go within 10 minutes of having it. Protein shakes usually come with stinky farts though lol

Not protein shakes, but smoothies with soymilk in them. Turns out I'm a bit sensitive to soy. Who'd'a thunk?

I think the Elevation (corrected) protein powder from Aldi may have done a number on me. It's not great stuff anyway, but I can't afford to toss it so I guess I'll know for sure in a couple if weeks when I run out of EAS.
