I eat dairy but no eggs. Ideas please!

    Protein bars, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, string cheese and some kind of fruit, toast with peanut butter.

    I make variations of overnight oats using oats, ground flax, coconut milk yogurt, almond milk (or regular), vegetarian protein powder, cinnamon and whatever frozen/fresh fruits I am in the mood for. Depends on how you like it. Plenty of recipes on-line.

    I like Ezikiel English muffins with almond butter with a Protein shake (I use 3 cups of spinach) about 5 mins to prep and I eat in the car. Sometimes a wrap with hummus and stuffed with veggies.

    I love protein shakes for quick breakfast- If you have more time - ezekiel toast with avocado or peanut butter. Fruit is also good! Oatmeal is another good option.

    Peanut butter and flaxseed rolled up in an Ezekiel tortilla, kefir on the side, is one of my favorites.

    I'm not a fan of drinking my breakfast and I can't have eggs often, so I eat greek yogurt sandwiches almost daily. Lightly salt your plain greek yogurt (if it isn't already, I buy mine already salted), spread it on bread, top with tomato slices or anything else if you want (I like fresh mint or basil leaves).

    Another option is hummus and falafel pita rolls. They are portable and delicious.

    Breakfast burritos.

    Eggless muffins made in advance with a cup of milk.

    Spinach and feta hand pies made in advance.

    Premeasure smoothies overnighy and freeze in a baggie. In the morning, pour baggie stiff into blender with watee and you're good to go.
