Hi. I'm back for a tune-up! I lost 35 pounds a few years ago and kept most off it till the last 6 months. Lots of traveling and some family stress got me off track. I'm a senior so would love to connect with others closer to my age. I am active but can't work out like I used to. I need to get control of my eating because if the day comes I can't exercise, I will have a big problem. I'd love to connect with people of all ages because we're all here for the same reason, but figured I'd let you know I'm probably old enough to be your Grandma11
