I have gone on and off on this app...I am getting married in a year and really need to stay more focus but I find food is a huge comfort for me, and of course when starting relationship we both gained that "relationship weight" and just haven't had the need to take it off. He has suggested to work out together but I feel like I weigh him down because as much as I want to lose weight I am not as motivated to do the hard work. I know I am pretty much Lazy about it but I really need to start to take this serious. Any suggestions, especially on how to cut out cravings?

Who says food can't be comforting even while dieting? All about balance. How to cut out cravings? DON'T! Simply eat within your calorie goal. Everything fits :)

If possible, I'd recommend finding alternatives to your snacks. Example, replace chips with an Ambrosia or Pink Lady Apple or a couple of Halo Oranges. When looking to change your mindset about things it's about subtle changes that you can live with and make permanent otherwise regression will occur.

Dear V17padilla... Don't worry too much... Everyrhing is possible.... I'm very lazy person too, but with determination, you can achieve a lot. Look it from bright side: you have partner who supports you, and it's easier to exercise when you have partner... And it's important to sort of control your cravings. Like if you want to eat something soooooo badly, eat it, but in normal portion. I once read that craving soooooo much for something is worse than not eating it at all. So balance your diet, exercise and you'll make it! Good luck. ;-) :-)

Ohhh I understand completely.... Soooooo do not buy potato chips. I am also addict of potato chips and now I avoid whole that unhealthy snack section in supermarket.... :-) ;-) Replace it with something healthier which you also like to eat...
