Are you in a calorie deficit?0

what does that mean?0

Youre not eating in a deficit...

You need to eat fewer calories than it requires to maintain your current bodyweight, that's a deficit. Keto, not keto, clean, filthy, it doesn't matter for weight loss. A caloric deficit is non-negotiable.2

Weight loss is created by a calorie deficit. You can do that with keto, but you won't lose weight on keto unless you're also in a deficit. So if you aren't tracking and you haven't lost weight in a month, it's possible that you're eating too much to lose weight.
If you're logging your food, you should be able to see how many calories you're averaging per day and compare that to what MFP suggests for you to lose weight.1 -

Are you eating less calories than you burn throughout the day? Logging your foods on MFP with as close to 100% accuracy as possible? Keto will only help you lose weight if it keeps you in a calorie deficit.0 -

Also, you won't lose weight every week, Even if you do everything absolutely perfect, it s normal to go a week or two without seeing the scale go down.
And if it's your TOM, extra water weight could be masking your normal loss.2 -
yes, I have a calorie deficit of about 1,450. I normally eat less than that a day and around 15g of carbs. I apologize for not understanding initially, I'm still really new to all of this lol0

do you mean you EAT 1450/day? It would be hard to run such a deficit if you weren't also morbidly obese1 -

So, you eat 1450 a day?
What are your stats (current weight, goal weight, height)?
How long has your stall been?
Do you use a food scale (for all solid and semi solid foods) and cups/spoons for pure liquids only?
Do you log everything that you eat and drink every day?2 -
you might need to recalculate your macros1
