Hi all. Thought I would try this site as everything else has not worked well in my fight against the flab. It seems to be a good site.

    Welcome. This is a great site with a lot of helpful friends to help you along the way. They are full of encouragement and suggestions on how to make it thru. I have been of two other sites before and nothing beats MFP.

    This is a really positive site to be a part of and one of the more comprehensive ones I could find in terms of logging. So helpful too to go through and check out all the forum posts - both encouraging and informative! Good luck!
