Heard about this site from a friend and thought id give it a go before i start paying for yet another go at weightwatchers or something!
Had my 2nd baby 5 weeks ago and so my body is unrecognisable and my weight is up higher than ive ever been, 11st 12lb and im JUST 5ft tall !! So desperate to lose a good chunk of this weight, not asking to look like a model afterwards just lose enough to make me feel less self conscious and healthier.
Not a gym person and as i have 2 small kids ( oldest is 2 ) i dont get out as much for long power walks like id love to so hoping to try some exercise DVD's and use my bike to get out in fresh air when hubby comes home at nights.
Would love to have lost at least a stone by Christmas, and another stone by spring next year, fingers crossed.
Looking forward to using the site and seeing how it goes!

Hi...I love this site. I have tried weight watchers...paid all that money, lost a few pounds..but it was just no fun. I have tried other diets too as well. I think what helps me on this site is that there are other people here to motivate you and send encouragement. It forces me to think about what I eat and the calorie intake. I love putting down the exercise that I do to see how much more I can eat! Im on a 1200 calorie a day diet now and that exercise sure does help. I also have a sister on here that I know is watching me! lol. This is has been the easiest weight loss program I have encountered! You just have to be diligent about what you eat and putting it down and exercise. Have to be determined to stay on track. Im a diabetic, have high cholesterol, High blood pressure.....my labwork was awful before I started this program. Now 6 weeks later all of it has gone down to normal! Add me and others to help you along the way! Welcome!0

Welcome aboard! This is a great site, keep youself honest by tracking your intake and keep motivated by tracking your expenditures (i.e. calories burned)...Every little extra burned adds up...Good luck and remember it is a lifetime journey not a quick fix. If you make the necessary life changes in eating and exercise, you will get healthy and along with overall health the weight will come down, just maybe not as fast as we would like it too in our instant gratiification society The community is here for support, use us.0
