Sitting on my deck in the warm sun, but I live in Alaska so watching anime and reading books are my second best options.

when I'm stressed and want to eat. I sit in my recliner with a good book. Sometimes a cookbook to get ideas on meals.

48 min?????? I can barely do 10 min on that sucker at the gym!

The trick is to not turn it on. Just stand on it and mfp for 48 minutes.

Dang! Why didn't I think of that sooner?? lol

Don't worry I have a 10 DVD set coming out soon with all of my workout tips. Watch for the infomercial.

Today was stressful ..... so in addition to the stepmill, lunchtime was 30 minutes on the treadmill

which isn't a big deal, except my treadmill is in the garage... where it isn't air conditioned, in July, in Scottsdale.

    yeah, it was warm

I like to sometimes drive aimlessly at night with my windows down and let the stress go away with the wind
