    Oh My Goodness Ed you are my Knight and shining armor,I ran 4.4 miles yesterday and had such a "runners High" My husband didn't even acknowledge what I had done...

    Thanks for the beautiful words of encouragement. Dragged out of bed with no energy, just about decided today would be a "recliner" dat, but will now get out of the recliner and get my morning exercise done. Really needed the pep talk!
