Do you weigh all your food with scales?0

What does "haven't lost much" mean? What was your weight four weeks ago? What is it now? (A lot of times we get people with unrealistic expectations saying they "aren't losing weight," and it turns out they've lost a pound or more a week.)
Weight loss is not linear.2 -

If you're not losing on 1260 eating more calories won't suddenly make you lose. Starvation mode (as we mean it here) is a myth. Much more likely that, as others have suggested, you aren't calculating your food intake properly leading you to eat more than 1260.

14.8 four weeks ago and 14.7 now! so to me 1lb is not much in 4 weeks0

It would be great if eating more would make us lose weight, wouldn't it! But that's not how these things work. The reason you aren't losing, is more likely that you aren't really eating 1260 calories per day. You need to weigh everything before you eat, log the actual amount you eat, check every entry for errors before you log, log everything, and not cheat, leave out or forget anything. Your weight will also fluctuate naturally from day to day. Don't see those fluctuations as "proof" that calorie counting "isn't working" and an excuse to go "off plan". Make a good plan, stick to the plan, monitor your weight consistenly, and do all these things for a long time, and you lose weight. It is that simple. But not always easy. We usually want to eat more, and we can easily eat more.3 -
i do weigh and count and use the barcode scanner thats why i dont understand whats happening should i be eating the extra calories burned off at the gym?0

If you are confident you are tracking food properly then I would give it another couple of weeks before seeing your doctor.1

Eating more is generally not the answer when you're not losing weight (exceptions include situations in which you've been constipated and eating more happens to get things moving, or situations in which your current eating strategy is somehow linked to water retention -- e.g., stress hormones triggered by undereating, electrolyte and water imbalances associated with the lower calorie eating pattern that happen to get sorted out with the higher calorie eating pattern).
When you say you weigh and count and use the barcode scanner, does that mean that a lot of what you eat is counted or scanned without weighing? If that's the case, you might want to try weighing everything. You might be surprised.2 -
if i have cerial i weigh it proply but if i use the scanner its for a weightwatcher ready meal or tinned things x0

What are your stats? Age, how tall, what do you weigh and how much are you trying to lose? Can you open your diary so those in the know can guide you. Do you weigh every single bite on a digital scale? Do you measure accurately every drop you drink, apart from water? Because if even it sounds harsh, and unless you are ill, if you are burning more than you eat (CICO) you will lose weight.0

types of food matter too.. 100 grams of kale isnt gonna process in ur body like potatoes or processed starches.. look at ur foods that ur eating...mix it up. plenty of leafy greens and fresh fruit if possible.
have u eliminated sodas?
could u be retaining water?
also look into a heart rate monitor. its not hard to burn 400 calories at the gym..
are u doing the treadmil.. lifting? kickboxing? zumba?8 -
