hi ive been using this appfor 4 weeks now eating 1260 cals a day and doing cardio un the gym for an hour treadmill crosstrainer bike and burning 400 cals. i have only lost 1lb inthe 4 weeks, it was 3lbbut some how gained 2lb.
should i be eating the extra 400cals im burning in the gym or not? if im not eating them does that mean im only having 860cals a day?

You should eat back your exercise calories, but if you're not losing weight it isn't from eating too little.
Weigh everything you eat and log accurately, you're eating more than you think.1 -

From your other post it sounds like you could benefit from logging more accurately and see what that does first.2 -
thanks il look again at the way im doing things but surelly i cant be over calculating things that much0

this may be irrelevant but just incase....i put on about 2lb (water weight) when i am ovulating and weigh again a few days later and the weight disappears. some also put on before/during time of the month. so i avoid weighing myself when im ovulating and also during time of the month.
how accurately are you counting calories? do you weigh your fruit/veg/pasta etc?
my daily allowance is 1200 and its surprising how quickly you get there.
but i also try not to eat back my exercise calories completely. especially if its only 200cals. if i do a bit work out and its 500cals or more then il allow myself a few more cals if i need them.
i lost 4lb in 18 days doing this
