    I'm a returning newbie! Looking to lose 20 pounds! Did MFP several years ago and it worked but I let myself get off track! Back to tracking!

    Planning to go from 15st to 12st , joined a gym , went yesterday did great , so we will see what the future brings

    I do 10,000 steps daily, and strength train 3 to 4 days a week. However, I need to work on my diet. So I decided to try MFP.
    Should I do low carb, try keto, do paleo? I can't decide. What's your diet plan?
