    I'm currently experimenting with a mostly whole foods, plant based diet but I'm not completely animal product free. I'm doing it for the possible long term health benefits and not animal welfare issues though.

    Hey there, I'm a recent adopter from the United States who is almost exclusively on a whole foods, plant based diet. As far as stories go, I am more of a health based vegan so I tend to look for the health impact, but since I cut animal products and 99% of processed foods I haven't felt better for as long as I can remember and my energy has been consistently high ever since! Also anyone can feel free to add me as I'd love to have more friends that are also vegan.
