Hello everyone
I'm Colin from Nottinghamshire UK
I recently had a kidney transplant (April 9th)after 2.5 years on dialysis
I have put on some weight as my food restrictions have been lifted & I had about 6 weeks of sitting around trying to heal. I now need to lose weight & get fit to help this new kidney to carry on working.
I'm hoping this app will help me
