Hi. I am looking for motivational support to lose weight and get active again. I used to run 5k races but since starting chemo I have been very sedentary. My goal is to lose 30 lbs and get back into running.

Do not do it now. Chemo kicks your metabolism into very high gear, (approx 3500 cals a day) focus on getting better, track the weight loss, but don't try to diet yet.0

Hey there my daughter is currently going through chemo and I am getting back into running myself. I used to be a very active runner and ran many races. My 5k time use to be around 18min but a motorcycle wreck and several ankle surgeries later my time is terrible and I'm starting over. Good luck0
