My sympathies. I understand the pain index is right up there with this condition.

Egg whites, tofu, all the veggies. Thank goodness bread is still on the list.

    Have you looked into Creon?

    http://www.livestrong.com/article/292732-food-you-can-eat-with-chronic-pancreatitis/

leafy greens, berries, citrus fruits, tomatoes, bell peppers and squash,
fish, legumes, low-fat dairy, salmon and albacore tuna,
whole grains, rice, bread, sweet potatoes, pasta, and baked potatoes
  • I had pancreatitis when I was pregnant with my daughter. I literally spent an entire week in the hospital with only an IV, not allowed to eat, to try and lower the levels and avoid an emergency c section so I understand your pain!

Definitely fruits and veggies. I found that oatmeal worked really well for me, but that eggs aggravated it more.

Is it being caused by gallstones?

You should ask for a session with a dietician.
