My goal is 10,000 steps a day. I have to really work to make this as I am recently retired. Was doing good last month. Looks like I need to step up my game. Hope this will help keep me motivated.

I was doing great with 10k a day till allergy season when I just couldn't walk outside without wheezing. Then we had a gypsy moth invasion. Yuck. Then my knees started bothering me. So yeah, I need to step up my game. I'll try this0
