24 lbs lighter!

Today makes 1 month for me you guys! I'm down 24lbs! Diet only no gym or exercise! Here are my results. 1500 calories only. If I can do it you guys dang sure can because I'm the most pickiest eater on the planet!

Congrats, I am taking it a bit slower but down almost 20lbs in 2 months.. I find tracking and thinking about what goes into my mouth makes it easier to hit daily goals..... keep it up6

This app helps me discipline myself. That is everything we need to be successful. Way to go! I have been doing this for 1 month and lost 17.8 lbs also! I dropped a shirt and pant size! I feel great and I hope you do too!7

@theron12 I found the first 20 pounds were key to letting me know I could do this thing. While naturally your rate of loss is going to slow down you are the road to a new you. Best of continued success.5

Great job young man. You look like you might be in your 20's. I was 25 when I lost 96 lbs. I'm 62 now and I can tell you that maintaining a healthy weight will affect your life in ways you can not even imagine at this time.
You can do this. Just treat it like your life depends on it. Which it does.

Wow, well done. This is encouraging for me as I've been trackingetting my diet for 9 days so far and managed to loose 9lb butility a bit disheartened today as had my first gain. But seeing your weight chart has done me good0
