Hi, I have just started the Atkins Low Carb diet. Can anyone tell me what i should set my protien and fats too.

Atkins should give you a carb number to stay below, so set your carb percent in MFP so that you end up with that grams number. There are different recommendations for protein out there; 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, or at least 50 grams for women is what I usually see. There is nothing wrong with eating more protein than that though. Fill in the rest with fats. Start logging, and see where you are happiest. If you are meeting your protein needs its ok to get the rest of you calories from fat or protein depending on the types of food you enjoy, so adjust those percentages to suit you.
