I have been keeping it to that but it wants me to burn 1340 a day I am trying but I work out 3.5 hr a day I have blister on the back of my feet from all the walking I am doing.

I think you are confused...you don't have to burn every single calorie that you eat. Your goal without exercise is 1280 so you always want to eat that many calories, regardless of how much you exercise. The calories that you burn during exercise are optional ones that you can eat. Most people burn btwn 300 - 600 calories a day from exercise. If you are hungry, you can then add some of those calories into your diet, but wouldn't add any more than half. Of course, make sure they are healthy calories and not fat or sugar laden ones!0

Wow....if your eating 1280 and burning 1000-1200 a day..your not eating enough...that would leave your NET calories at like 280 daily.......for myself...I was burning a lot off daily so I have went down on my working out.....0

This is just a part of it! please read the link above
Generally someone with a BMI over 32 can do a 1000 calorie a day (2 lbs a week) deficit
With a BMI of 30 to 32 a deficit of 750 calories is generally correct (about 1.5 lbs a week)
With a BMI of 28 to 30 a deficit of 500 calories is about right (about 1 lb a week)
With a BMI of 26 to 28 a deficit of about 300 calories is perfect (about 1/2 lb a week)
and below 26... well this is where we get fuzzy. See now you're no longer talking about being overweight, so while it's still ok to have a small deficit, you really should shift your focus more towards muscle tone, and reducing fat. This means is EXTRA important to eat your exercise calories as your body needs to KNOW it's ok to burn fat stores, and the only way it will know is if you keep giving it the calories it needs to not enter the famine response (starvation mode)

Wow!!! I don't eat my calories back, and it works great for me!!!
But even I think that if you are netting 80-100 calories a day that's too low...you aren't eating enough every few hours to even sustain your exercise....it kind of makes me wonder if your calorie calculations are correct....but if they are....EAT MORE!!!0 -
You need more calories! I battle the same thing, too few calories. I have been stuck for weeks no matter how much I exercise nothing changes caused by too few calories sooo..... My coach increased my calorie goal just yesterday from 1200 to 1400 and would like me to go even higher. If I eat any more I never get anything else done!0
