Two things: those yellowish rainier cherries and Nature Valley peanut butter biscuits. They taste just like Nutter Butters but are not that bad (190 calories).

I love making teriyaki salmon and putting it in a bowl with raw mushrooms, grape tomatoes, avocado, salt, pepper and hot sauce then mixing it all together. If I don't have salmon I'll use imitation crab. Ohh and don't forget the lemon!

Tacos. Turkey tacos, chicken tacos, cauliflower tacos, bean tacos...

    Cauliflower tacos? I...can't...

Also to stay on topic, eggs. In every form, in every way. Eggs.

There's an authentic Oaxacan taco joint in Dallas that makes one. I don't know how they do it, but they made chargrilled cauliflower, roast kale, pepitas and lemon-epazote aioli taste amazing to me.

I'm not even a fan of three out of the four ingredients.

Sweet potato noodles! Sauteed up with some onions, so delicious.
