I am 38 years old and feeling miserable. I weight 193 pounds but since I am only 4.11 feet I should weight around 134. I will be happy with 140 :)

Biggest obstacle, I don't like raw anything and only like a few veggies. Need some help, ideas and inspiration! Feel free to add me :)

Thank you!

Well done for consistently being in a calorie deficit - that is what enabled you to lose 10lbs,not some coffee promoted by Dr. Oz.

OP, good thing is you can lose your weight just by being in a calorie deficit. It doesn't require you to eat foods you don't enjoy or buy fancy ingredients/supplements.
Enter your stats in to MFP, and get your calorie goal. Eat foods you like, making sure everything you eat is weighed (solids), measured (liquids) and logged using accurate database entries. Aim to eat nutrient dense foods most of the time, but don't think you need to completely restrict treats.

For me the coffee works! The only thing I've changed in my diet, from last month has been my coffee! So 10 pounds is a big difference from 4!
