Mornings are the only time to workout for me most days (running during the day in Houston is a death wish and I get home too late in the evenings to fit in a jog at the parks). The only day I test my time is on Fridays when I go in early for work, so I have to fit a run in during lunch.

It feels great to get out early and it kills the down time that makes me just want to fall back asleep (I get tired if I'm not doing things). And it helps my fiance get out on time to help beat traffic.

Training for first marathon in October. Morning runs are the best for me - it's the only way to get one in before the day takes over

I gotta run in the mornings before it gets too hot here. It's really frustrating how much slower I am in the heat and humidity. I did 5 miles yesterday and planning 5 more tomorrow. Today was a walk and weights day.

I get up at 4:45 and am running by 5:15 on Tuesday and Thursday.
This time of year I see some pretty sunrises.
I also run on Saturday or Sunday, I have to get out by 7 before the sun gets too high and hot.
    Happy Running

I love running in the mornings been out a year due to a back problem taking over only just had the go ahead from physio to start back up about 3 weeks ago, can only go on the treadmill to start with and see how much my back can take, so far so good cannot wait To get back to outdoor runs and the 10kms, it's been torture driving past people running I've missed it so much!

Fingers crossed you can get out there soon again. I'm going for walk in morning rather than a run. I love walking too

Headed out at 5 am to run as long as I can. It's been in the high 90s here that early so I think my long run may turn into a medium run.
