But 400 calories? Bite me.

Or maybe I should not bite him... hrmmmmm

I'm staring at the second half of my bagel trying to resist. What to do, what to do...

Save it for later, make it the snack for your end of the day.

Have you tried the new Nature's Own Wheat Bagel Thins.? They are 110 calories and are very good. They are softer than a regular bagel..]

Save it for an after workout snack or throw the temptation away!

Or eat it, and change your meal plans for the day if you really want it. >: )

I threw it in the fridge for either this afternoon or tomorrow. I'll invest in bagel thins *LOL* Thank you :)

I'm now staring at a white nectarine. Seriously, I just want to eat all the time. it's pathetic my lack of will power *LOL*

i personally love tortillas as a substitute for bready things - you can still make tasty sandwiches and wraps, but a 100% whole wheat tortilla is about 90-100 cal. just a suggestion!
