First EC stack

I have been bodybuilding for 2 years now to lose fat and tighten up. It's worked great so far! I'm 5'3, (I was 140 pounds) and stronger than ever. I wanted to lose that last 8 pounds of weight, to reach my goal. I have been in a deficit and lifting almost every day (with 2-3 rest days) and I never do cardio because I hate it with the fiery passion of a thousand burning suns. I was eating about 1600 calories a day and plateaued. So I started my first EC stack. In two days I've lost four pounds bringing me to 136. 4 pounds away from goal weight! But is this water weight? I've maintained my exercise regimen, though I'm finding it hard to eat more than 1000 calories a day anymore. If I do it is pure protein. I only plan on staying on this until I reach my goal (hoping in a week or so) is this normal to lose so much? How do I taper off without regaining what I just lost? Thanks in advance!

    It is water and waste, you can't lose that much fat that quickly. Also, EC stacks are illegal within the United States due to the increased risk of heart attack, stroke, and death related to the use of ephedra/ephedrine. I would stop using it now and just diet the regular way. It's highly likely you'll stop using it and you'll feel like you are starving, so you'll rebound and gain even more weight.

    Comment about legality is rubbish - both Epehdrine and Caffeine are legal in the U.S.

    The misinformation on this board is mind-blowing.

    Agreed, you can get ephidrine at most local health food stores. It is sold as hay fever relief.

    how much ephedrine are you taking per day that you think it would give you that kind of result???
